The Chemcity Incubation Hub is located within an eco-industrial park in Sasolburg. The office building allows Sasol to provide support and promote the development of small, medium and micro-sized enterprises. This centre aims to uplift the local communities economic aspirations and reach, focusing on the chemical, energy, manufacturing, agri-business and food processing sectors.

The building was designed for the SMME end user. Panoramic views showcasing the surrounding eco park help communate the context and locality. The comtemporary finishes aim to be welcoming and ensure visitors are comfortable. SMME’s can use office space within the building, while being supported by the Sasol’s expertise and resourses. The building needed to be flexible and easy to navigate, ensuring the end users could be comfortably accomodated within this new development.
